normal life

I must say that life starts to become a little bit easier here.. The sun is shining, I can walk around in a T-shirt outside, I can hear the birds singing from the office, I can eat my lunch in the sun against the cathedral, I often eat dinner with Ilaria.. All very pleasurable things.. Saterday Ilaria and I went to an Irish pub, very funny hahaha especially when I found out that she doesn't drink, even though it was her idea to go there.. :) So the offer to go and drink snakebites was not accepted :) But we found her a perejuice and a Baileys coffee for me (with whipped cream to my surprise :D) and chatted nicely through the evening..
Ofcourse I sometimes freak out about still not having learned italian, even though I want it. But as I said before, I also started a new job, which has my 12 hour a day attention.. So that leaves not much time and energy to practise.. (but I learn little by little (very very little hahaha))
And scientifically I run a bit short here sometimes, as there are no other researchers to discuss things with, share ideas, or ask for help... I always like a nice discussion anyhow :D
But since I will go back to Maastricht soon, I think I can give in to my lust for arguments then :P And probably I will be going back and forth every now and then anyhow.. However, for specific questions it would be easier to make a little tour on the fourth floor and bother some people.. :) Although bothering by email as I am doing now is also very nice :P (but less effectively hehe).
Anyhow, I get back to work now.. See you all soon, the 10th I arrive back together with Floor..
